Located in the northern beach area of Ashkelon, the retirement resort is designed as a self-contained community dedicated to meet the requirements of retirees. The project will provide a facility and atmosphere where retirees can thrive and socialize with others, while enjoying activities that are geared towards retirees. The resort will have a multipurpose hall for plays and family events, cultural programs, organized trips and sports activities.
The location is just a short walk to a shopping center, the sea and the beautiful sundial lookout point.
