This deluxe suite hotel has just started construction on the Ashkelon beach promenade on a four dunam plot of land  next to the Holiday Inn Hotel. The hotel will have ninety four suites  each  of two rooms and a safe room , bath room and two toilets , a recess for cooking  and a  twenty four square meter sea view  balcony.

The hotel will have four wings  of  eleven, ten, nine and eight storeys respectively with only two or three suites to each floor. In the eleven storey building super,high end suites are being built. Each of the four wings will be connected  to the service floors of the hotel and to the fully equipped  three thousand square meter spa , which will incorporate  a  covered swimming pool, exercise room and treatment rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a hall for aerobic fitness. A large restaurant will be built on the ground floor and above it , an open air swimming pool , looking out over the sea across the adjacent  beach promenade.

All the suites will measure eighty square meters with sea views. The suites will be sold according to the conditions laid down by  The Ministry of Tourism .Owners will have their suite managed by the hotel management and will maintain the rights to enjoy vacation periods in their acquired suites for a number of months each year which will be agreed upon at the time of purchase..
